Your ticket into the conference will be found in your email under the subject line “Order Confirmation for MillCity Conference 2025.” When you arrive at the conference, head to the check-in tent, where your ticket will be scanned, and you will receive your wristband.

Yes, and we would love to host your group! Groups of 10 or more will receive $10.00 off adult rate tickets.

Here’s how you can get started:
VISIT – https://millcityneenah.com/conference,  choose “Register” at the top of the page and simply follow the steps below!
CREATE – name your group. Create passcodes to join and manage your group.
PURCHASE – choose the number of tickets you want. Groups of 10+ get $10 off each ticket!
MANAGE – add, assign, or change ticket information.
SHARE – give your group name and passcode to those that want to join your group, so they can find you right from the website! It’s that easy!

Refund/Transfer/Cancellation Policy:
We understand that life circumstances affect schedules. That being said, the following refund/exchange options are offered to all guests.

• You are welcome to resell your conference registration at your own discretion. Please note that MillCity Church is not liable for losses incurred due to unauthorized transfers, resales, cancellations, and/or refunds.
• You are welcome to donate your registration(s) to bless another individual or family. To do so, feel free to contact the church office at (920) 967-2107 or email events@millcityneenah.com and we can assist you with making that happen.

We are excited to offer an exclusive Thursday morning session, luncheon and afternoon session geared specifically for church staff and leaders! Our heart is to provide a more intimate session to pour into other church leaders, answer questions, and pray over you and your ministry. Leadership registration provides access to the main Conference as well as the Leadership Luncheon, and reserved seating at main Conference.

You are more than welcome to bring your infant to conference. A nursing mother’s room will be available. For potty trained kids aged 3 to 6th grade, we have a The MillCity Kids Conference during the morning and evening sessions at a fixed price of $30 for all three days. You will pick your child up at the beginning of your lunch break and can check them back in after dinner, before the evening session. Kids check-in will be 30 minutes before the morning and evening sessions start.

Parking is located on-site at and around MillCity Church. Lots will be marked and our host team will be available to assist you!
